Agree completely...
last time I was in a post office to renew my car tax was a couple of months ago in the mall. Took me nearly half an hour to get to a counter, only for the woman to start throwing leaflets in my face for the next five minutes about car insurance and how much money I could save, despite my constant no's. Shame they couldnt give me 30 minutes of my life back that I wasted getting up there!
