Can I just say
the Post Office are an unorganised, rude, unprofessional couldn't-organise-a-piss-up-in-a-brewery bunch of c***s. And that red ant on the advert f***s me off. Start organising your branches better before asking us to take out loans, insurance and credit cards you w*****s.
