Though actually I guess why I feel reasonably relaxed is that I'm not sure it'll make a huge difference to our long term planning.
I still hope we hoover up some promising youngsters, maddison /Godfrey style this window. Maybe as loan backs?
Strengthening at the front (no 10, and for pukki) and back (cb, heise replacement?) would be handy.
I still think Jordan Rhodes would be useful this year and next. Am hopeful drmic will be good if he can get fit.
But mainly want to go for promise and players with a point to prove rather than Naismith types.
Our planning shouldn't be wildly different for the champs or the prem tbh. Our strength last year was the squad. We need to stick with that.
