Is it though?

How many clubs in the Prem have fans who are 'enjoying it'? How enjoyable is just staying up or finishing mid table every season? Because almost no Prem teams outside the Big Six or so actually ever 'move on' beyond that level. Can only think of Leicester, and that is probably only temporary.
