Well, not on the same scale
The ring on Saturday night had an area that was 50% bigger than in June. 50%!
Whereas the difference between the biggest and the smallest premier league pitches is 13%.
And football pitches obviously partly reflect architecture and history. Whereas presumably in boxing you can mostly fit the size of ring you want - certainly in big venues like for world title fights.
Just seems surprising for me that you can have that much variance, for something that you could (mostly) control.
