I get the romance of looking at Leicester and imagining it could be us.

But, Ipswich have a billionaire owner and have had a rubbish time under his stewardship (among loads of other examples)

To be honest, I guess both sides are in some form of denial, but then managed decline is always horrible (and we've bucked the trend for years)
