yep clear out the supermarkets and refit them out for homeless folks
or go-kart racing. i'd implement the arabic system of "quarters" so we'd have the bog roll quarter in the arcade for example, low grade shiny bog roll stack em high 'n' sell 'em cheap on pallets shops cheek by jowl together with hi-end quilted puppy aloe vera bog roll emporiums so you go to one area to get all your bog roll fullfilment catered for. i'd cut down the choice of light blubs to 6 as well.
