I don;t think you can argue with the basic premise of what he says (obviously its better for us to produce our own young players than loan them in from elsewhere) but I do wonder how some of the academy staff (Broughton for example) who were ditched or have moved on but who were arguably far more responsible for the 4 youngsters currently in the side feel about seeing articles like this which.

Such is life though I suppose and ultimately all such publicity is good publicity.
