under any regime although obviously its good we are giving them and other young players a potential pathway to the first team.

Its just striking that all of the players listed/mentioned in that article (Maddison and the Murphy's as well) were already part of or with our academy so are not actually evidence that the "new strategy" being put in place at the academy is transforming the club. It may do, we will probably have to wait another 3-5 years to see.

I suppose any publicity like this is good for the club if it gives us a name as a good place to go for young players.
