Why dont we award a young player of season?

Most clubs do, although I guess there arent many to choose from as they dont f**king play...if the qualification was that you had to be under 21 then I would go for Rossi Jarvis.

I know he hasnt had as big an impact on squad as we would have liked, but generally a good season. Signed 1st pro contract and played consistently well for reserves.
