what I mean is

That if say 2600 votes were cast and 1000 people voted for Etohuto and of 1600 other voters they were split between Hucks and Mcveigh then Etohuto could win. So if people cant decide who from hucks or Mcveigh to vote for then a third person could win effectibly by default

Its like the lib dems winning the election!
