Accounts definition: "Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the entity, directly or indirectly".
I doubt Farke and his assistant, for instance, would qualify on this basis. They are just standard employees responsible for the playing, not business side. They don't make executive decisions.
