It’s actually called find friends not find a friend
It’s so that you can share your location with friends and them friends can then see where you are 24/7 (providing your phone is with you). Working in the field where people are vulnerable which includes people suffering with domestic emotional and physical abuse, I don’t think this is a useful app to have. Obviously the person can cease the sharing location option but their partner may have insisted they had it on to add to the controlling aspect of the abuse.
