Mental Health Day/Week/Month etc

Hi guys, more one for the northern canaries but a bit of a plug for my new counselling business in Manchester. I had a mega battle with gambling for a while there and managed to drag myself out of it. Managed to go back to university and get my badges and now trying to help others from f**king up with it. I'm sure loads of you know someone who is gripped by it, its a f**ker. Anyway, like and follow my posts would be great. For those old enough, what killed me was 50p on polston to score first vs villa in 'that' season! i made £20 but probably cost me £50k. Its a bastard and don't want anyone following my path.
