I think you have to involve the people. There also has to be a proper question with consequences, which were missing last time. Personally I would also like to see a ban on marketing / advertisement for any option of the campaigns. No funding, no reporting, no hypotheses.

Having spoken directly with some local councillors at the weekend the amount of hatred and irrational judgments they’re dealing with on a daily basis is frightening.
