Press news in....

We're in position at the Lotus Training Centre for Daniel Farke's pre-Burnley press conference.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

DF: Stuart's new deal is brilliant news for the club. He's a cornerstone for our success in the last two years. We're all singing names of the players, but the most important thing is that the key people responsible for the long-term success of the club are the right people.

DF: He has got the whole package and will lead this club to major success.

DF: The most important thing is that he has committed the next three years to working for the yellow shirts.

DF: We have many long-term injuries so not many changes. Patrick Roberts is back. Grant Hanley is fully fit. Moritz Leitner is back in team training. We're a bit careful with him but he'll travel to Burnley.

DF: Ralf Fahrmann will be out for tomorrow with a slight groin problem, and perhaps the next game, but it's not a big problem.

DF: The sun has been shining this week! It's important to enjoy last weekend's win. It's just three points and we're not naive but it was an amazing day for the club.

DF: We got back to proper, focused work and are hoping for a good result at Burnley. Man City was good for the confidence and mood, but Burnley will be completely different.

DF: We always have to prove ourselves again and again. We've beaten one of the best teams in the world, but all the teams have different approaches. We're still unbelievably modest.

DF: Burnley have been in the Premier League longer than us. To be going there with 6 points is a good situation.

DF: We are totally different to Burnley in how we play. When you stick together and have spirit, commitment and togetherness, like they have, then you can be successful, so they can be a role model for us.

DF: The other Premier League clubs know we have quality and are competitive. Jurgen Klopp knew Liverpool had to put in a good performance to beat us. Everyone's aware it's not easy to win against us.

DF: We are working on the amount of goals we have conceded. Our defending was good against Newcastle and Man City. They sometimes score goals for fun. I would prefer a clean sheet, however.

DF: Teemu Pukki has been delivering for a long time. He's so humble and modest. It's good that the French Prime Minister has his shirt!

DF: There's no chance for Mario Vrancic this weekend. He'll hopefully return to training soon.

DF: I wasn't carried away by the Man City win. Perhaps the reaction was a bit too much! But it's always a big topic when a team wins against them.

DF: No-one said the win wasn't deserved for us. Our performance made it even more special. We deserved the attention and praise.

DF: We can handle success, otherwise we wouldn't have finished last season with more than 90 points. We were focused, disciplined, and hard-working.

DF: Stuart is one of the main reasons I came to Norwich. It's a pleasure to work with him.

DF: Burnley have an experienced group of players who are used to playing with each other. They have a good mentality and stick together. I like their bravery and spirit.

DF: They're quite a physical side and are dangerous in crossing situations. They're sharp enough to win second balls, so we have to be awake at defending crosses.

DF: I'm full of respect for Sean Dyche's work and for Burnley. They tried to improve step-by-step without the biggest possibilities in terms of spending money. They have both feet on the ground and know where they come from.

DF: Emi Buendia will get a callup for Argentina at some point in the future. It will be a good experience for Lionel Messi to play alongside him!

DF: Last season, we were praised for our away record. This season, our away games were against decent sides but we had good spells against Liverpool and West Ham United.

DF: We'll try to get off the mark with our first away win as quickly as possible, but I don't expect it to be easy tomorrow.

DF: We were pretty dominant in the first 25 minutes against West Ham, but it's important to reward that with a goal. We have to be effective with our end product.

DF: I'm sure Burnley will try to press us, but there will be spells when we try to bypass that. When we lose the ball, we have to control the counter.

That's all from the boss this afternoon.
