arrives (let’s assume he’s really good though so not perfect example) and does everything he can to simply make himself impossible to work with.
Then the league rules state that Newcastle either have to put him in the first team squad or give him a free transfer. Realising he’s screwing up the whole team, they choose to release him taking the hit on the transfer.
Then he joins Man Utd for free. It’s where he always wanted to go but they weren’t willing to pay 45m.
