I watched them a fair bit at that time as I was local and couldn't go to many City games.

Another ridiculous situation, sold their ground in Maidstone and then couldn't get planning permission to build a new one.

Ground share with Dartford wasn't sustainable and writing was on cards.

Last minute application to move the club to the north east of England was thrown out.

Club resurrected and climbing back through non league pyramid... with a new ground in Maidstone!!
