I think they should re-introduce the loyalty points and

Give ST holders 200 points, members 100 points and non members 0 points at the start.

Thereafter they should award more points for less glamourous fixtures that people attend and less for the obvious ones that are easy to get to and high demand.

If they want to make tickets available outside the closed shop they could keep a proportion of tickets back from those made available under the points system and have a ballot for each away game which anyone below the relevant points threshold who got the tickets can enter.

EG you sell 2250 under the points system (or general sale if it gets beyond that) and then you say for every away game 750 will be available in a ballot for members or season ticket holders.

The problem is though that does not make the club extra cash which is the stated aim of this new system!
