Without wishing to go into too much detail, have failed to get tickets for first 2 games as an exile with away membership. Wrote to club and Ben called straight back. Accepted issues i raised and asked for some time to see how the season plays out. I think this is a reasonable request and will give the club the benefit for now. Huge respect for being willing to be on the front line and speak directly to fans, not many clubs would do this. I think its worth remembering that when 10k fans want 3k tickets, someone will be left sad! To date im one of them! OTBC
