Even I think it's probably the right call, but get a bit sickened at the scapegoating.

His batting has been poor for the last twelve months, but his bowling has been great (both his average and the high number of wickets taken).

He has a poor match after a poor world Cup and gets dropped. Hopefully it'll kick start his confidence again like it did last summer.

But the failure of the team squarely lies at the door of the poor form of our top six.

And the first test was lost due to a combination of the loss of the toss and the loss of Anderson.
