Oppo teams with the ball look at Tettey in front of them and don't fancy challenging him so their play slows down and they go into less dangerous positions.

Whereas Trybull and Leitner are more likely to be tracking-back running alongside the oppo players rather than facing them. If they do face the oppo then the oppo fancy their chances 1 on 1 as they are not physically imposing.
