Guy at work has appealed successfully not to pay a TV license

based on the fact he watches no live TV, only streaming services such as netflix. I'm in two minds if the TV licence provides good value. Cannot deny you get a lot of good content (work collegue amazed at how much Radio Norfolk provides for Norwich fans), but I can't help but feel the BBC has a bias on things that doesn't always sit comfortably with me
