to find Turnbull you must first find yourself. If you go off into a far, far forest and become very quiet, you’ll come to understand that you’re connected with everything. Then you must Zone in to your environment and then zone out (ZIZO). Zoning in will synchronise you with your surroundings, it slows you down and reduces Beta waves. After around 20 minutes when you have reched a state of equilibruim with your environment then start the process of zoning out. Then will come enlightenment. Then you will find your Turnbull.
