I agree with your point re Brexit - It should be carried through. I voted Remain and still think it's bonkers, but not carrying it out would resonate for years. Leavers will suffer the consequences too of course, there's an element of natural selection.

Re Marx - my guess is remain - on the basis that EU offers better protections for workers than are likely under the UK out of Europe - I suspect also, that he would agree that you shouldn't hold a referendum then undermine the result. Marxism advocates more democracy, not less.
