I don't have one favourite

but Marshall, Barry Richards and Gordon Greenidge all gave me great enjoyment - I heard Richards being interviewed on Radio Solent during a match a few years ago saying he hoped he had entertained people. I wished there had been a phone in so I could assure him he did.

Marshall was clearly a favourite with other players. I remember being at a sparsely populated Lords when he was batting and nearing a hundred, When he got out just short not even the bowler celebrated.
