is highly patronising and uncalled for in my opinion. I still advocate giving Worthy time to rebuild over the summer, but why the need to constantly compare us to other teams, despite there being few similarities.

Likewise, the fans do not boo at games when we are winning because they want us to lose - it is because we are not playing very well. The board needs to look at cause rather than effect. I still back Worthy because with a couple of decent signings we will have a much more balanced and confident team next season. There is no point, imo, bringing in a new manager who will not like many of Worthy's players, when we are close to building a good team.

Anyway, the board should stop comparing us to other teams because such comparisons can always be turned around and countered. They need to give Worthy one final chance to complete his team building and then assess 10 games into next season.
