How does that compare to the average bottom-six or bottom-ten side, though?

Comes across as a lovely bloke but his weaknesses as a coach are there for all to see, sadly. You can't help feel if could just tweak it a little bit, get out of that mindset and so on, there's a really good manager in there somewhere. Brighton didn't see it and neither did we - though he was better for them than for us. I hope he does well wherever he goes next.
