Can you start any earlier?!
Seriously, if the choice of a new manager was down to me I would be looking for someone relatively young, successful, articulate, knowledgeable, authoritative, likeable, commanding players' respect and affordable. I do know of such a man but he would take some prising away from his current Club who are considerably 'smaller' than NCFC.
Laugh if you like but that man is at Gretna.
