IED's Norwich Manager plan

Assuming I took over from Nigel Worthington in pre season, these are the changes I would make:

1) Release Peter Thorne, sign Johansson and give Jarvis a chance.
2) Send Henderson on loan
3) Keep Fleming on because of his experience, but release Charlton and sign a new CB, preferbly Sam Sodje or Calum Davenport
4) Sell Jurgen Colin and probably release MLJ. Bring in Greg Halford and David Wright as replacements
5) Inform Andy Hughes that he has no future at the club and place him on the transfer list. I would also point out to him that the only way he'd feature in any of my sides is if someone else is injured.
6) Dickson Etuhu isn't entirely helpless; if he had the right coaching, he'd probably be a decent player. So Etuhu would receive the right coaching
7) Bring in a right-winger, Chris Brunt from Sheffield Wednesday would be a good choice
8) Bring in a creative Midfielder
9) Promote Safri to captain
10) Get the players playing free-flow expressive football
11) Threaten to fine any players if they play long ball without my consent
12) Release Paul Gallagher - his career has been wasted at this football club
13) Get Gary Doherty to improve his concentration
14) Get rid of Foley and Livermore
