THAT is leadership. Now comes the really tough time when you have that moment, really close together. Something you'll never ever experience with that same group of people again in your life, and then soon some of them will be told they are leaving, or will perhaps even tell the club they want to leave, and all the emotional knock on effects to the rest of the squad which would be stronger than a less tight knit squad as so many of them are friends. I can speak from experience about the bonds formed when a a group of people of various nationalities are dropped into a job together in a foreign country. When that group breaks off it is never quite the same. Dealing with that is the sign of a truly great leader.

Totally trust Webber and Farke to manage this!
