I haven't cried at football before

Once, when we lost to Spurs in the league cup 1/4 final when I was 9 I was on the verge of crying (I think), but never since.

Then last night, I wasn't that excited/nervous before the match. I'd known we would do it for months, knew we were as good as up. Premier league's not that exciting anyway.

Then, about 2 minutes before the final whistle the whole stadium stood up and everyone was singing and flags and scarves were swinging. Nice scenes, love football. But still, I'm ok, just enjoying the moment. Shame we're time wasting really, I'd quite like a goal down our end. Come on lads, get another, icing on the cake.

But then the final whistle goes and I'm jumping up and down with my family, 3 generations, and from nowhere my lips went and I couldn't control them and my eyes were welling up. What a great moment to see this team get what they completely and utterly deserve. To see Daniel Farke get what he deserves, a man of such integrity and class. It's easy to say now, as it's happening now, but he's definitely my favourite ever Norwich manager.

So for about 5 seconds last night, this team made me cry happy tears. Love them.
