Along the same lines, was wondering about Farke the other day. Would have thought we're safe for now, given he's only had two years in the UK and he's got a crack at the premier league*.

But guess we have no idea whether he's the type to jump ship at the first opportunity of a step up?

I do think managers differ a bit on this. Like the rest of us, some seem the types who prefer a bit of stability in life, working with what they know, and the chance to build something. Others are more likely to take a gamble and grab the first chance of a bigger club, whether because of massive self-confidence and ambition, or just desperation to keep climbing the greasy pole.

We have no idea which type Farke is, do we?
