It will be certain that they'll finish either 4th or 5th, hence playing the other side that is also almost certain to finish 4th or 5th (WBA). Unless they care particularly about whether its 4th or 5th (local bragging rights? home advantage?) it wont be worth risking injury in what then becomes a meaningless match for them.
