Why not look at the last 3 games as 3 points gained? Being 5 clear means you just need to continue having more points than the teams around you.

The teams around you are failing, hence the cushion hasn't been breached.

Norwich have been comfortly in the driving seat for quite some time now. THat's not being cocky
