Attendances were on the decline last season with what was on offer, they've obviously been more peak this season but the cost of adding more seats is probably not a cost that can quickly be recovered as opposed to taking that money and investing in an club infrastructure that makes up more competitive in the Premier League and creates home grown talent that can generate revenue on transfers.
