if the over the counter ones don't work

i'd recommend getting some prescription ones from the doctor that will be stronger

i guess you're aware of the 2 different types of over the counter anti histamines? one may work if the other doesn't.

i get the typical grass pollen hay fever for 2 months starting mid may. tablets already stocked :)

perhaps try a nasal spray? anyway yeh go see a doc if it's that bad.
