used to go loads as a kid
so no idea on pubs/restaurants really. if the weathers nice you cant go to far wrong walking on the coast paths. there's a few castles worth a look if you're into that, at st davids, or pembroke. marloes was my favourite beach for swimming/surfing/rockpooling but it might not be the season for that...
best thing we did there was take boat trips out to and around skomer or ramsey islands. but i guess that might be a summer thing only. worth looking into though.
