Tenby's lovely.
I lived near the castle in Pembroke for a bit. That's worth an afternoon of your time if you like that sort of thing. Pembroke the town was a bit dead, but the landscapes are very pretty round there. There was a decent enough pub I used to drink in, The Waterman's Arms not far from there which was on the river, but this was a good while ago!
If it's not too far, check out St David's too...
