Don't necessarily agree that he is limited

The play off season and the promotion season we played some great football - through a mixture of having a balanced team and lots of confidence.

We have some better players now, however, the team is not balanced and their is no confidence - those changes need to be rectified in the summer when the transition phase will be completed. He may get it right, he may not but there is no point letting him build half a team and then sacking him.
