Your description of "one season has been average and one a slight underachievement" is a bit like saying the Titanic had a slight problem with damp.

I don't think last season was average by any stretch of the imagination. Nor this. Both have been exceptionally poor and have demonstrated the lack of breadth in Worthy's thinking and his limitations tactically.

As a person I really like him but he's achieved as much he can.
