Coming up for 4 and a half years
Wonder how the EU average compares with the UK average. There's still some forms of job protection in some EU countries outside the UK, which would probably raise the average. And anecdotal evidence suggests to me that people in Germany and Scandinavia do tend to stick with their current job.
