the same should have been done with Holt & Fleming, who clearly had all of Malky's weaknesses without even the saving grace of his leadership qualities. And yet Holt was 1st choice when fit util April and Fleming started every bl**dy game. Talk about a total failure of a manager to understand what Prem football is all about...
