It’s a balance

You need to keep the squad togetherness and make people feel they have a chance.

How would you keep someone like McClean around if he plays well and scores two then is immediately dropped. You’re basically saying you’ll only play if someone is injured

If someone had a bad game then they can be dropped/rotated

I think vrancic and leitner are our best two midfielders (possibly not the best combination though) but it’s good to be able to rotate.

I expect to see at least one of them start the next match.

Personally I feel stieperman should make way at the moment as he’s been off the boil lately and I’d move Maclean forward. Trybull has been playing well and also offers the defence more so I think he should stay in the eleven
