Its more a (very good) study in how not to negotiate an exit.
In short he says we need to work out what we actually want and find the middle ground between very polarised opinions, that equally the EU needs to decide what relationship it wants with the UK and what compromises it can make, that the withdrawl agreement is a crap starting position from which to negotiate a trade deal (but no deal would be worse) but he doesnt suggest any alternatives, and Art 50 needs to be extended to give either side any hope of properly preparing for no deal.
All about 2 years too late, sadly.
