Bonus

So are you telling me that in your work if you got abuse all day- you would work as hard as if you were supported 100%. They have worked their whole life to become top of their profession, and they are guarenteed income- so why should they give 100% effort for people who dont seem to support them. Would you work harder if you got no bonus.
