We dictate the tempo and keep sides at arms length much better when we have Leitner. I also think we give it away less when playing out from the back. That’s not to say the high press still doesn’t cause us problems with him in the side but he can receive the ball under pressure and still move it on. I feel Team’s play through us a bit too early at the moment even though Vrancic is playing very well.
