The "Continuity" Issue

Falls by the wayside and becomes roadkill when you consider the number of players that have joined the club, left the club-or joined AND left the club in Worthington's tenure; including all the loanees, it must be about 50 plus in's and out's...

Continuity is all about putting the same team, same formation as near damn it, week in, week out, with players playing in their best positions not only knowing what THEIR job is, but, equally as important, what the job of their team mates is.

That sort of continuity brings success, not hanging on in quiet desperation to the same manager whilst all the comings and goings carry on around him and will doubtlessly continue to do so for the next few months.

The club might preach it but their manager doesn't seem to want to adher to it.
