People left on 75 minutes at 0-3, people left on 92 minutes at 1-3... but here's the thing

There was no big exit, no streaming out... *nearly* every stayed. My boy suggested we leave after their third goal and yet, somehow, I took the view, on balance, that we genuinely had a chance. That we COULD.

Maybe it wasn't even optimism, just cold, hard balance of probabilities. Is there (say) a one in 30 chance we could do it? This team? Yes. So we stay. Most other seasons it's one in thousand.

So here's something: we are experiencing something this season which transcends league tables. Today was as loud as I've ever heard Carrow Road; it was a football community absolutely off its tits; s**tfaced on this team. I almost cannot imagine this team *not* succeeding... but I hope that whatever happens, it's these moments which stay with us.

No context, no analysis, no if onlys - just breathing in days like this for their own sake. Because they are what being a supporter is all about.
