I think we’ve started to think a bit more grown-up. Neil was a step in the right direction; young, assertive, progressive style, but still a traditionalist at heart (especially with Old Frankie as his sidekick). Hughton probably was as well but not a perfect fit for whatever reason. What they weren’t though was a part of a whole new system.
